At Baba Mastnath Ayurved, we take care to deliver genuine, properly packed Ayurvedic products to our customers. Since our products fall under the category of Ayurvedic medicines, wellness products, oils, powders, tablets, capsules, and consumable healthcare items, returns and refunds are handled carefully for safety, hygiene, and quality reasons.

1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and consumable healthcare products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns may be accepted only in genuine cases such as:

  • Damaged product received
  • Leaked product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in the order
  • Product received in a visibly tampered package
  • Product expired at the time of delivery

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

To raise a request, the customer must share:

  • Order ID
  • Name and mobile number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging
  • Description of the issue
  • Unboxing video, wherever available

3. Conditions for Return or Replacement

Return, replacement, or refund will be considered only if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The product seal, label, batch number, MRP, and packaging are intact
  • The issue is reported within the required timeline
  • Photos/videos clearly support the claim
  • The product was purchased directly from our official website

Products purchased from marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or any third-party seller will be governed by the return and refund policy of that respective platform.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seal due to customer handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products ordered by mistake
  • Products disliked due to taste, smell, texture, or personal preference
  • Products returned due to change of mind
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products where the claim is raised after 24 hours of delivery

Because Ayurvedic products may have natural variation in colour, taste, smell, texture, or consistency, such variation will not be treated as a defect unless the product is proven to be damaged, expired, or unsafe.

5. Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, wrong, expired, or tampered product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit or coupon, if mutually agreed

The final decision will depend on the nature of the issue and verification of the claim.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the return or claim is approved by our team.

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days.

The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless another method is mutually agreed.

For COD orders, the customer may be required to share valid bank account details or UPI ID for refund processing.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, or convenience fees, if any, are generally non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to our mistake, such as wrong product delivered or product damaged in transit, we may refund or adjust the shipping charges at our discretion.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched through Shiprocket or any courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

9. Refused Delivery or Customer Unavailability

If a customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, is unavailable, or does not respond to courier calls, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Shipping and return charges may be deducted from the refund
  • COD orders may be cancelled
  • Future COD facility may be restricted
  • Re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests another delivery attempt

10. Replacement Policy

Replacement may be offered only for genuine and verified cases such as damaged, leaked, wrong, missing, expired, or tampered products.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the same product is not available, we may offer a refund or alternative product after customer consent.

11. No Medical Result Guarantee

Our Ayurvedic products are based on classical and traditional Ayurvedic principles. Individual results may vary depending on body type, lifestyle, diet, health condition, age, and method of use.

Return or refund will not be accepted on the basis that the product did not produce a particular health result or personal expectation.

Customers are advised to read the label carefully and consult a qualified healthcare professional where required.
