At Baba Mastnath Ayurved, we aim to deliver your Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products safely, securely, and within a reasonable time. All orders placed on our website are shipped through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its associated courier partners.
1. Order Processing Time
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we usually process and dispatch the order within 1 to 3 working days.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days may be processed on the next working day.
During high-demand periods, festivals, courier delays, or unforeseen operational issues, dispatch may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship products across serviceable locations in India through Shiprocket and its courier partners.
Delivery availability depends on the courier serviceability of the customer’s PIN code. If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel the order and initiate a refund, if payment has already been made.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally:
Metro cities: 3 to 6 working days
Other cities and towns: 5 to 8 working days
Remote or rural areas: 7 to 12 working days
These timelines are estimated and may vary depending on courier partner performance, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout before the order is confirmed.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, prepaid orders, promotional offers, or orders above a certain value, at our discretion.
5. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery availability depends on PIN code serviceability and courier partner approval.
For COD orders, we may contact the customer through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email for order confirmation before dispatch.
If the customer does not confirm the COD order or remains unreachable, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other available communication method.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided by Shiprocket or the assigned courier partner.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including:
Full name
Complete address
PIN code
Mobile number
Nearby landmark, if applicable
Baba Mastnath Ayurved will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or return of shipment due to incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address details provided by the customer.
If the order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may be applicable.
8. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts as per their internal policy. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the shipment may be marked as undelivered and returned to us.
For COD orders, refusal of delivery may result in restriction of future COD service.
9. Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Package
Customers are advised not to accept a package if it appears visibly damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, leaked, incorrect, or tampered product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of the package and product
Description of the issue
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
10. Delayed Delivery
While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, transport disruptions, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or remote location service issues.
Baba Mastnath Ayurved shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to delay by courier partners.
11. Non-Delivery or Lost Shipment
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, please contact us with your Order ID.
We will coordinate with Shiprocket and the courier partner to investigate the matter. If the shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier partner, we may offer a replacement or refund as per our internal policy.
12. Product Restrictions
Our products are Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products. Customers are requested to order only for personal, lawful, and intended use.
Some products may require proper guidance before use. Please read the product label, usage instructions, and precautions carefully before consumption.
